a little late i realize.

i have this aunt who every year manages to out-do her self by the astoundingly shitty gifts she gives us each year.

the collection is piled in a closet at my parent's house, a tire gauge, a pair of binoculars, one funnel money sorter, a pair of "ho-ho-ho" boxers two sizes too large and one copy of the lady and the tramp on vhs. by copy i mean that she rented the video, copied it and mailed it to us wrapped in paper.

this year i got a gourmet popcorn set, a gift less like an aunt and more like a secret santa.

it's really nice that she sends anything. it probably would be better is she didn't though because it's the thought that counts and a stroll through the prepackaged gift aisle at wal-mart isn't putting very much thought into it.
